When I first walked in, the staff was very welcoming. The Associate that was helping me at first was Not successful, but he tried.Tommy (the mgr) was very professional, polite, patient and knowledgeable. He made sure Internet needs were met.

I went to get a new phone yesterday, I felt bad walking in last minute, but the lady who helped me was very kind, polite, quick and was able to get me a great deal. After a bad week, I really appreciated a great interaction and encountered zero problems.
