I went in the evening and it was empty. The facility was clean and tidy. The process was smooth with no waiting time.

The front doors to their lobby are now locked after they're closed, so you can't walk in to drop packages off after hours anymore. It would be nice if they would at least provide an explanation as to why.

This location really did their best to ensure I had a bad experience. The clerk was rude, and at one point found it appropriate to tell me "listen to your man" while my husband was trying to assist me since he was more familiar with the shipping process. We hadn't even approached the counter at that point.Finally at the counter when I inquired about a tracking number, she mumbled to the point where I could not make out her words or read her lips- when I asked for clarification, since I heard "no there's no tracking" and informed her I had a hearing disability, she rudely iterated there was tracking and "I asked you to confirm the address". Well, I asked YOU to confirm what you said so I understood before paying for a service. When informed she was being rude, and that I had trouble hearing due to a disability, she insisted she wasn't being rude. With 30 different USPS in range of this one, I can't see a point- but I'd rather pay the extra fees to the private sector than directly support the USPS again.

It's so frustrating that this location has no customer service help. The location is so convenient to me but every time I go in, no one is working the counter. Today I tried to use the parcel drop off to avoid the counter but the drop off was stuck. And it's stuck all the time. A door was open to the parcels so I peeked in and said hello. A worker was pretty ticked that I was there. And I apologized several times to him. He very reluctantly took my package. You could see how ticked he was. I'm the easiest customer. Prepaid labels. Just let me drop off my packages. But even this is difficult at this location. I recommend driving to the JFK location.

EXTREMELY HORABLE.., MONEY STOLEN, AND RIPPED ENVELOPE SENT THOUGH THE MAIL SYSTEM FOR TWO WEEKS THEN RETURNED TO SENDER .ITEMS GONE MISSING NEVER TO BE SEEN AGAIN. COSTUMER SERVICE HANGING UP ON CUSTOMER. ITEMS ARRIVING AT ARKANSAS DISUBUTION CENTER NEVER TO BE SEEN AGAIN.Must be nice to get payed for not doing your job.., enjoy hour money in your retirement.

Appointment at 0745. Showed up at 0715 took 30mins to get someone’s attention to open gate. Checked in at 0740 out before 0800 (Was on route to a USPS and this was a stop. Didn’t even get loaded)
