Mary, and fellow staff members have to do the right things. The staff never offered a signature for my package that was lost in the mail. Went to post office ask for a refund in person they told me I had to do online. The package was lost less than (30) days ago. I am filing a claim over the phone because they did something with the tracking number on my receipt to not refund me the value amount for my package. I am awaiting a call back from the post office out of town now. Will keep people updated on lost packages at this particular location.

I visit this post office daily. Stan ,Mary, Joe and Vicki are very friendly and nice. I enjoy this post office as they take care of my needs. I have no complaints.

Mary could’ve had better customer service it was irritated because I didn’t tape my package, but it’s literally a post office with the ability to ship and I don’t understand the problem with her tap in my package versus me, but anyways, let’s just do better at customer service

I am a business owner in fact I have 10 businesses. I just based one of my businesses off TIKTOK and I also have websites. I am getting massive orders and have not set up direct shipping because I im looking for another warehouse to base in Arkansas for production only. So I have to go in the location off of JFK every one in there is Barry professional with the exception of the black lady who wears the Afro and very small plated to the head braids.She always has very unprofessional remarks to make regarding my label size being to small and I thank God today I got in my label printer to fix that issue. However l got to her at 4:56pm she told me if my labels didn't scan she wasn't going to type them in because she had to go home it would be past her time.Now I personally would never hire anyone who told my customers something like that when that's what I pay them for.
I just recovered from heart and thyroid surgery and that really upset me . Massively shaking my head on the lack of professionalism with her. She is the only assistant who has ever been unprofessional and tactless with me. Everyone else is professional and I'm very grateful for them. The other nice kind professional assistant helped me self check out so I could come in anytime of the day or night she says and do it myself. She has the long braids I neglected to get names my apologies.

Was in line for 20 minutes while the two clerks were each servicing one person. They literally took 20 mins each for customers that only had like 3 packages to ship. They moved like drunk snails!! Didn’t help that they one was telling their whole life story to the customer while the line piled up to at least a dozen people behind me.

FRIENDLY AND INFORMATIVEI usually only ever ship out and rarely do returns, so I wasn’t sure how to accomplish what needed to be done. The postal worker this day was very friendly and straight forward. She told me exactly what I needed and didn’t.

3 certified letters dont arrive in a matter of 2 months. over 14k total. mailman is not even coming to step with certified letters and leaving attempted delivery notes in box but he never attempts to deliver. Timothy Humphrey is the rudest most unprofessional person that I have ever spoken to. When you call for answers no one here has a clue. This has to be the worst ran post office in Arkansas.
