Brandy, Amy & John were extremely helpful and made my return process super fast and easy. They were extremely welcoming when customers came into the store. I always love coming in to this location and seeing a smiling face!

It’s the only UPS store in area, but worth going to drop off packages; instead of some other drop off location. This location stays pretty busy, with lines sometimes going back out to the lobby (in peak times). Lines do move fairly quickly. I think the longest I had to wait was around 12 mins (that was very busy, and most people weren’t doing simple prepaid drop offs.As for the staff, they are friendly, helpful, fast & efficient, and courteous. They always say hello, and thank you. They’ll apply any labels you have. They’ve let people come in right after time to close, so they could drop off their packages.During one visit, I had 3 large pieces (ductless AC Amazon return), and I walked in 15 mins to closing. I only had one label (that’s all Amazon gave me), and it turned out I needed 3 separate labels; one for each box. I had to call Amazon support, that took over 10 mins. By then the UPS store had closes and locked the doors. I was still inside, and they let me finish my phone call. Amazon sent 3 labels to my email, but now I needed to print them out. Folks in the UPS store, said go ahead and use their computer to print out the labels. Awesome, I was worried I’d have to take all those heavy boxes back home. Once I printed the labels, they helped me label each box, and didn’t charge me for printing my labels. I helped them move the heavy boxes to back room. By this point, it was around 10 mins past closing. I felt bad, they were trying to clean up so they could leave. The don’t rush me, but helped me whenever I needed help, said thank you, and unlocked door for me to leave. A truly awesome experience considering it was was closing time.

I needed to re-print a shipping label to return my Amazon box. Lady behind the counter was not very helpful and could care less about being friendly. She pointed me to an archaic and un-secure desktop with someone's Google Chrome profile logged in with no way to use an incognito window. So they want me to pay $2.50 to use this old computer to reprint a UPS shipping label which cost another $0.10 for the print. Pass. Ill stick the location on Rodney Parham from now on.

I give it 0 stars! I’ve called this location all day long and no one has answered the phone. Once I got off work I came to the North LittleRock MCCain location. ANN is Very rude, did not assist with my shipping concern.on Tuesday I asked for my package to be overnighted and was charged $13.49. Here it is Thursday and my package has not been received now my child has to go to camp without a tablet and hotspot to complete assignments. When I asked for a refund Ann told me “No, I can’t help you.” I replied “why can’t you help me are you the supervisor?” She then said to me “my manager will be here in the morning she can do it” I replied “can you call her and get her permission to refund me my money, I’m not coming back up here!” Ann called the manager and then said to me “She told me she not able to do it either the owner of the store has to and the owner won’t be in until 10:30am tomorrow “. At this point I’m pissed because of the unprofessional attitude and the lack of compassion she continued to show! I will tell anyone with ears this is not the location you want to ship with!

The staff here is always super professional. I’m usually just there for an Amazon return but I’ve also used them for notary and ID services. They’re always on the move and super friendly. They never lose their cool even when customers are out of line.

Ridiculous interaction with front desk. Brought my title to be notarized. The woman had a nasty attitude. She was a notary and didn't know that ups notarizes papers as a service. She scoffs and says "well, I'm a notary."That's what notaries do. They watch you sign legal papers like titles. My mother was a notary... they TEACH you about car titles when you take the class.I left before she could help us. She didn't know what she was doing. I wouldn't give them your money. Less than one star if possible.

I'm here at least once a month. The lady's are always nice and professional. I've seen them handle extremely rude customers and move on like it has been a great day. I will continue to go here and recommend them to everyone. Thank you for always taking care of me and my packages.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. I don't usually leave reviews, but the people that work here are arrogant and they will not help you. In fact if you ask for help, you might as well ask google instead cuz ud get a faster and more helpful response. The workers act like they don't want to be there and the fact that I had to carry a huge package by myself and open the doors BY MYSELF without any help from employees because they rather stand there like NPCs in a videogame. Gave me stares as I try to figure out how I could do it on my own while they just... stood there even when I asked for help. Like can you guys not take a second out of ur day to help someone who clearly cannot open the door while they push a huge dolly out? When customers saw me they immediately tried to help me by offering to hold the doors and keep my package from rolling away with the dolly as I re-adjusted it. Go somewhere else, unless there's new employees working there don't expect the old ones to help you out. Also maybe hire people who can actually lift packages and not ones that look like they escaped from a retirement home.

I've used this location for Amazon returns for a few years now and I've never had a bad experience or issue with a return. Can't speak for other services but the employees are always very welcoming and friendly even when there's a line out the door.

Terrible store…. From the employees to the owner. Lines are usually out the door…. Every time here customers walk iut the door furious with the service.Never go here..They usually have one person working while 3 others walk around looking busy.
