Very disrespectful to women, the driver that was supposed to pick up my girlfriends truck called and said he couldn't pick up the truck because there was tall grass around it, so I left work to weed eat all around the truck so he could pick it up, send him photos of the truck, my girlfriend proceeds to contact him to tell him to contact her not me because the truck is hers and on her property and he starts yelling at her on the phone calling her mama, which as a professional you should never refer to your customer as mama, kinda sexist in my opinion, he refused to come get the truck because she told him to deal with her and not to contact me about her property. Very unprofessional, would not recommend

worse company to deal with accepts your load they dont show up or even bother to call to say they are not going to make it and then they hide and send you to voice mail when you trying to get an update just a bunch of irresponsible CRACK HEADS OVER THER DO NOT USE

great place very respectful to be around and is a great work enviroment and if people understood the stress that takes place from alot of other people dragging drama around if your car is is up for repossesion and you commented 1 star it doeant count just because your upset with the services that the company provides dont be rude on this page its for actual people who know what there doing and for your info darrel may not be able to spell trailer but he has a good heart and can run a buissness

I allowed my car be not so called repo but taken away from my residence due to the vehicle not having tires , I have no once heard about where this location was or who would be in possession of the car . . . Only info I was given was my girlfriend works for a repo company we can give you $20 to take the car so now I'm finding now from my lenders that the company has not contacted them to let them know where the car is or even sent a letter out so I'm thinking they just wanted to let the car sit on there lot and rack up on some storage fees which is not right at all . . . Definitely do not recommend this towing repo company to nobody . . . Very unprofessional , fast talkers they just want to make some money . . .

Worst experience ever. I worked there. The owner, Darrel, thinks it's okay to call his employees names, cuss, and yell at them. His favorite one is to call them incompetent. Which I find pretty comical considering he doesn't even know how to spell the word “trailerâ€. And if you ask me, he doesn't know his a** from a hole in the ground. He also has anger issues and thinks it's okay to break things, slam things and occasionally throw things. Definitely unprofessional, and when you walk out on him for treating you poorly, he tries to hold your check. Silly incompetent man, you messed with the wrong girl.
