My experience was the cashier (young girl) was rude and nasty. I am done with Ulta!!!!! The cashier was nasty and laughed at me as I walked away - during the time another customer was in front of her. I looked back as she was laughing at me. I AM DONE WITH ULTA.

Typically great experience but the staff currently employed need to take a customer service refresher class. Rude and seemed as though it was a bother to wait on customers rather than visiting with each other.

Came in and made a $200 purchase and it wasn’t until AFTER I had finished checking out that Cade let me know I had nearly $90 in reward points and she was really clear to let me know that I would be using them NEXT TIME instead of offering to fix my experience right then. Not great customer service.

When an employee profiles you, it’s challenging to enjoy retail therapy after work. My experience at the Ulta in North Little Rock, AR, was unfavorable yesterday. A petite, older Hispanic woman with a bob haircut went to greet white patrons and ignored my presence as a customer. When I entered the Fenty Beauty area, she spoke to me about the weather and then walked away. Once I was leaving the Fenty Beauty aisle, I looked up, and she was sneakily glaring at me. It was very awkward, and I was embarrassed and appalled. Previously, when I shopped at this location, the same employee showed signs of discrimination/profiling. I understand that shoplifters always come in, so perhaps she thought I might steal. However, I should not be profiled unless I show physical signs of being a potential shoplifter (mysterious or inconspicuous attire, body language, oversized bags, etc.). I wore my work uniform, with my keys and wristlet/wallet visible. Furthermore, I purchased over $80 worth of merchandise yesterday (10/10/23) and am contemplating returning everything because I refuse to be treated like anything less than a dignified customer. Please retrain your employees. Thank you.

Went into this Ulta location today to pick up some serum. The cashier Rhea was really rude. All because I did not want to sign up for the Ulta rewards account. After stating multiple times I was not interested in signing up as she continued to press me into doing so, she reluctantly proceeded to check me out without me having to sign up for an unwanted benefit. When she was finished she shoved the bag over to me across the counter without saying a word. I said "Thank You." to which she muttered an ugly comment that was incomprehensible without even looking up. If I had the extra time today I would have either asked to speak to the manager or requested a refund on the spot for the poor customer service. Came home to realize I could have purchased the serum on Amazon for five dollars cheaper, without being harassed by an employee, and delivered to my door step tomorrow. This is why big box retail stores are empty these days.

Very disappointed in the service I received here. Made a purchase that came with a free gift per advertisement. When I went to pick up my order, the general manager Jennifer (with light purple hair) refused to give me the free gift even though I also showed proof that says free gift with purchase. No explanation was given as to why I couldn’t get the free gift. All she said was “I don’t have a gift” even though she had plenty of gifts behind her. As the general manager an explanation should have been given instead of her shrugging it off as if it’s not her problem. She lacks customer service skills and needs to do better.

Staff always greets as I walk in the door and always check on me to make sure I’m finding everything alright. Whenever I need help finding something, the staff are very helpful! Love this store.

Great team members. A rude guest was rude to a team member and the manager went ahead and took care of her and was apologetic on the guests behalf instead of explaining that her team members are deserving of respect. The rude guest continued making remarks about the team member while the manager agreed and just said whatever made the rude lady happy.
