I've been to this location 9 times now over the past year and get turned away to get propane! They never have someone certified to get you propane filled or the certified person "just left".... Its a waste of my time and gas!!!! Call these idiots before you go to get propane filled!

I went to rent a day use trailer and they did not have any working trailers, they were all in need of repair and have been for a long time according to store employees and they stated all the surrounding stores did not have working trailers either.

They are good at being courteous at the check out line, but some of their items are hard to find because they don't have something stating what's down what aisle. Plus their items are at ridiculous prices. I know it's probably not their fault and more a economy issue but I hope it gets better.

What's the purpose of offering propane if no one is ever there to fill a tank? I've been told 8-5 Monday through Friday but people work during those times so I guess I need to call into work to fill a tank? It's funny when I asked about a refill and was told they need to check with a manager as certain ones can refill the employee said their manager said no one is available but when I ask to speak to the manager they're not there??? During the same conversation they're not there? This location needs restaffed starting from the top.

As of 7/24/23, cannot pump propane. Something is wrong with scale. I should have called 1st. Usually great service.

I went for 1 specific item that was listed in stock online at Benton location. However, it in fact was not in stock. But everyone I interacted with was super nice! And the store was well organized.
