An absolute joke.I was pleasantly surprised to find that Supercuts allows for online booking so I took advantage of that today.I rolled in right on time, was greeted with a hello, and I sat down awaiting my stylist.Ten mins after that two of the three on site went to the back... Never to be seen again...Wondering if maybe I'd messed up my booking process I booked another online appointment for five minutes from then...Remember... At this point all that anyone has said to me is "hello"Another 15 minutes go by with zero communication from staff and no more sightings of employees other than the one stylist who was vigorously working on two different people.Could this Supercuts be one of the best? Probably not... But now we'll never know...

My first time at this location. I took my client in for a hair cut. Racheal is who assisted us. Pricing was great, nice environment! I do recommend checking in online ahead of time to avoid the wait. She loved the cut!
