Everybody I delt with in receiving was so kind and friendly. Sadly they have no available docks until one of their guys leaves in the morning so it took an hour to dock for my 8am appointment. They dis start working on me immediately tho.

A little hard to find as their address is not visible from the road, the lot is a mess making it difficult to maneuver a big truck, fork truck driver had a bad attitude, and they just left us sitting after unloading us because they "forgot".

After spending thousands of dollars at the Little Rock store on tires, when I needed a replacement road damaged tire....they told me on the phone that they don't work on motorhomes.

Kinda tight but plenty of docks. The catapillar is on the frontage road next to great dane trailers. The shop is behind freightliner across from the petro.

I took a new set of tires to Southern Tire Mart in Gainesville, Ga along with my old set of tires and factory Beedlock rims off of my Can Am Commander Sde X Side to have the new tires mounted on the rims. I of course called ahead and they assured me they could indeed perform this service. They completed mounting the new tires in a about an hour. When I went to pick them up, they were all mounted with the Beedlock rims mounted on the outside! The "mechanic" told me that my rims were not "real" Beedlock rims. What?!?! When I tried to correct him he just wanted to argue about it. I have never mounted a tire in my entire life before and even I knew this was not only completely wrong, but dangerous as well! I took them back the next day along with a YouTube Video showing the correct way to mount them. Picked them up the following day, got them home and ONLY 1 out of 4 was mounted correctly! And that one had 6 out of the 16 small Beedlock bolts over tightened and stripped the rim itself! In fact, the other 3 rims were stripped out on almost half of the Beedlock bolts from over tightening. I was so pissed off and shocked at the arrogance and incompetence of the manager and the 2 "mechanics". I now have no idea what to do OR how to fix the rims! I certainly can't ride it like it is! I would hate to know I was driving a big rig that had tires/wheels mounted by these guys!

Southern Tire Mart to the rescue! An unfortunate blow-out on the horse trailer on busy I-40 led to a somewhat frantic call to SMT. Brandon was immediately dispatched, had the tire changed (without even suggesting we take the horses out of the trailer, thank you) and back on our way in 30 minutes. So pleased with the professional, courteous, and prompt five-star service.
