Poor customer service, all I needed was two steer tires balanced, 45 minutes later they still were nowhere close to getting to it so I left, seemed pretty pathetic to me. Definitely a management problem, the guys working in the shop were legit, but the management didn't seem to know what really went on out in the shop.

I'd have given them a no star if it was an option. Horrible attitude towards their customers, block 1 of the 2 entrances so that it is hard to turn around if you have a complicated load and then refuse to move their personal vehicles so the customer can leave stating that the customer shouldn't have pulled in if they couldn't get out. I will NEVER go to this place or any other business they may be involved in. They don't deserve our money or our time. ZERO STARS...

Needed one trailer tire replaced because of a bolt being stuck in it. The tire tech noticed something stuck in another tire. I received two tires. In and out in less than an hour. THANK YOU!!
