When someone is considering spending thousands of dollars it would be nice if the salesperson is engaging, competent with the equipment and accommodating to modest and reasonable A/B auditioning requests. Today's experience was a failure in all aspects.

The Sound Concepts Little Rock store has done an outstanding job with their recommendations and installation of the surround system in my new home.
