Laynie is amazing!! She is running that store! She cane asked what we were looking for and our teenage son (already difficult indecisive shopper) homecoming she took us to exactly what he wanted. She helped down to showing him how to use the stockings lol. Thank u laynie for also signing me up for rewards. I never knew that I could earn. I'm Def coming back for my fall looks. Horrible customer service! Continuously on their cell phones, and the store looked like an explosion happened. My wife is in a wheelchair and we literally couldn’t get down any aisle in here. Will never return here.

Today 2 friends of mine were discriminated against and followed out of the mall. It was all caught on camera. It was an awful experience for the both of them... I hope that someone makes this as right as possible by an apology and proper training with security. I will not spend another penny at McCain Mall.
