It was a slow transaction but poor man was having to count down here drawer other customers behind me gave him an awful time and some chick blew green and blue chunks everywhere! If u do write that gas station memoir id read it ?

I went there on the 31st of last month. I went through the car wash and it scratched up my vehicle. I have been patiently waiting for a response from them about piece of my vehicle. I have went there twice to make sure they have my number the first time they said they lost my number and that’s why they have a contacted me. I still haven’t heard anything from this place so I guess I’m gonna have to contact my insurance company and let them deal with it This company because I have tried to deal with them and being patient and they refused to contact me back so my advice to everyone is not used the car wash at this gas station because it tears your car. They are not gonna try to fix it for you.

Went in today at 8 am and coffee wasn't working. Had to clean it first she said. Didn't even say sorry though for inconvenience. Zero customer service skills with this cashier. Just leaving a heads up for owner. Was an inconvenience and a simple I'm sorry I'm not doing my job today would've been nice and appropriate. Had to pull out of her how long they would take and still didn't give me a solid answer so I left and went to burger King. Awkward moment to say the least. Said it would take 9 minutes to clean when asked how long. So, is that extra after it's clean then brewing time too, confusing. This one is clearly at work but not putting her mind towards work and customers. She was nice though. Average service you're getting anywhere else in America these days, nothing to run home about.

I worked here and this was the worst part time job ever nunber one the pay day they literally holds yah paycheck two weeks then when it’s time for payday they don’t deliver the checks until after five pm people have bills to pay and other essentials to get also it interferes with getting your check cashed because who’s open after 5 or 6 like seriously then the manager she is so rude and disrespectful they need to close this store down or get some real people or another company to take over because this is seriously the worst place of employment I also contacted the sba about how they operate things

I hope I have the right store location. I met Stephanie on the side of the road during a severe thunderstorm. She and her brother (or son) were pulled over with their emergency lights on as she was trying to help get a homeless couple and their dog get to safety. Other customers recognized her and also stopped to help. They were able to help the family get to safety.She was just off work and still had her uniform on. I believe she’s the manager of the McCain store next to Walmart in North Little Rock. I didn’t find a way to contact corporate to complement their employee, so I hope this review finds them.So if you happen to frequent her convenience store, be nice to Stephanie and give her a pat on the back. She deserves it!

This place used to be really cool to come by and grab some gas, bags of chips. I went to shells on December the 4th standing at the counter I began to ask about a particular item I spoke saying why don't you all order more. It was then reply to me by the manager that is running the station why don't you just go somewhere else and get it I thought that was very ugly for manager to say something like that to a customer I am so outraged with this I will most definitely get in touch with the owner of the station and let him know how very unsatisfied I am with that comment you have to do better about the people that you get to run your business or they will run it into the ground with bad attitude

The skinny gray hair woman was rude as hell to my mom at this gas station. When my mom ask her a question. Then instead of ringing our frozen drinks up she started eating food with mouth open near our drinks. We stood there almost a good 5 minutes before she rang us up. I have been to this gas station many times with my mom and have never seen someone be so rude. If I knew corporate number I would of called. I don’t like to be a Karen but wrong is wrong. If I was her boss an saw how disrespectful she was being to customers I would fire her on the spot.

Awful policy that turns away customers I’ve had my drivers license for close to 10 years so the bar code faded. They couldn’t sell me any tobacco products...not because my birthdate wasn’t on the I’d...and not because my I’d wasn’t valid..but because they couldn’t scan it. I’m contemplating going back to this shell to buy tobacco products every time to see if this happens, record It and report this to their corporate office. This isn’t an issue for any other gas station in town and it shouldn’t be for this one.
