Great gas , people that work here are always nice. I had to find another gas station because the gas at EXXON had my car running really bad,.now I only go here .

The cashier Brandy was high out of her mind on meth this morning (Aug. 17). She was shaking so violently that she could barely give me my change back. While doing this, she was talking to herself and cussing about how “I’m for REAL. I’m from the NORF SIDE. “ I was literally just awkwardly standing there, staring in amazement at the meth goblin standing in front of me. I guess they’ll really hire anyone. ?♂️?♂️

Pulled In after work at 11:00. No one was in the building and it was locked with no one answering to attend the pump stations. Really needed gas unfortunately. Lived in park hill most of my life walking to this gas station and was caught off guard by how a 24/7 gas station is somehow closed. Waited 20 minutes and no one came into the store.

Been going to this gas station for most of my life, but I’m afraid that is at an end. I’ve noticed a SEVERE drop off in the quality of service for the past year or so, but now I’ve finally had enough. The cashier with the crooked eye is so ridiculously unenthusiastic that she will straight up tell the customers that she “don’t wanna be up there”. She’s rude, she tells customers that they are out of items whenever she’s actually just too lazy to go find them. It’s a crying shame that this new ownership had allowed this gas station to fall off this badly. What a shame.

Pay at the pump doesn't work so instead of holding your card like other stations, they force you to prepay some arbitrary amount. Should have just left when the pumps didn't work. Won't bother going back and went to a different gas station to make my c store purchases.

Rudest employees. I stopped at this Shell gas station because their price was a few cents cheaper than everybody else. I went to pump my gas and I saw that it was 7 cents higher on the pump then what the sign said. I still filled up. Then I went and took a picture of what was on the pump and what was on the sign and went in to ask them if there was a problem or that they had forgotten to change the sign. Instantly I got attitude from the attendant. He explained to me that they have a rewards program. I asked how to join the rewards program and he rudely told me (pretty much yelling) to do it online. He then proceeded to argue with me about where they’d put a sign that said “with reward card” for the price, practically yelling at me. A police officer was standing in the store watching it all happen. I got fed up with being talked to like that and walked away.I wasn’t even asking for my money back. Here I am a paying customer asking a question and getting nothing but nastiness, and yelling in return. Shell, you have lost a customer. I’m never using this station again. Your employee (younger black guy with buzzed hair wearing a gold chain with a bedazzled AK-47 on it) is so rude and confrontational. Not at all a professional. I get it we all have bad days but there’s no excuse for yelling at someone unprovoked.

Well stocked and usually some of the lowest prices in North Little Rock. When the snowstorm hit this was one of the few consistently open shops in Park Hill.
