Always use the service side to do anything that is needed to my cars. I have found the pricing to be comparable to other area shops but Russell has techs trained specifically for Honda vehicles. I have also found that they also won't try to sell you things you don't need like some other local Honda dealership service groups. We weren't able to buy our most recent Honda from the sales side but still take it here for service when it needs it. Highly recommend

I just bought a car from Seth and it was the best dealership experience I could have ever imagined. I called in for a deal very last minute on Tuesday after work, showed up a couple hours before they close, and Seth was super pleasant to talk to and he really wanted to help me get a deal that I would feel good about. Him and Ronnye, the finance manager, beat all of the Honda dealers in the area with their deal.
But the experience keeps on getting better, we couldn't finish everything because I needed to go. So, I showed up the next day to finish the paperwork and get the car; but my wife couldn't join me because she was at work. Seth took his customer service to the next level by driving over 40 miles to go get the paperwork signed at her work after I was finished. It's really hard to find someone that is willing to go this far to please a customer and make things easy on them. I really recommend asking for Seth when you visit Russell Honda! Also, shout out to Ronnye for throwing in some goodies for my new car as a gift.

I have spent several thousands here on a couple of vehicles being repaired with routine maintenance. I had my Pilot towed here for a hood latch recall and transmission service. But after I received the astronomical number of nearly $10,000, I declined to get the transmission fixed here. But they assured me that the hood latch had been replaced. I had my truck towed to a recommended transmission shop in Little Rock and got it repaired for $3,500 less than Russel Honda price. I randomly decided to use Mclarty Honda a few day's later for a oil change, and they discovered my hood latch needs to be replaced. I told them it was done at Russell Honda a week previous. The technician told me that, not only had it NOT BEEN REPLACED,
but my hood could have flew up at any time!!! I will NEVER trust this place again!!!

I met Herman McDade and discussed buying a 24 Accord Touring. They did not have one that day but they did have one arriving soon. I agreed to purchase it as soon as it was unloaded from the truck so Herman made it possible for me to have a loaner for 6 days until it arrived.
He has been in touch with me regularly since my purchase to make sure everything was well and is more than happy to help me navigate the dealership if I ever have any issues.
Since my purchase he has followed up with me several times to make sure all is well.
I highly recommend asking for Herman if you visit Russell Honda in Sherwood, AR.

Dealer with Russell Honda and Herman McDade was a very positive experience. I have not had that great of an experience with other dealer options, so this was a nice change. Herman worked with me to get the exact vehicle I wanted and I did not feel awkward talking price with him at all. And talking financing with Carlos was a breeze. He made it very simple to understand. Wonderful experience all around.
