While on the road to visit my mother who was ailing I had car troubles and stopped in this dealership desperate for help. They got me back on the road quickly and with compassion. I highly recommend them.

Ive bought two vehicles from this dealership. The sales department are great & amazing, but the service department can't seem to get to your vehicle when there is a problem. Ive had to pay out of pocket twice to have my vehicle repaired, I have a warranty. "They don't have time".

Brought my car in for a service. Got the car back and noticed that the top of my steering wheel was scraped up at the leather was flaking. Immediately made them aware of it and they asked me to bring it in to look at it. The manager looked at it and said there was no way that his guy did it because he wears gloves. Accidents happen, but I was basically written off and they said they would try and fix it and let me know it is now been over a week and I have not heard anything. My car has 18,000 miles on it and was in pristine condition. Very disappointed with the customer service and how the manager acted towards me .Service: Oil change

Well I did most of everything my self I picked a car a 2022 Equinox was approved and good to go. Then they sold it to someone else with out even notifying me. I then pick a second car waited for it to be delivered once it was delivered I took home my new car but it took over a month for me to get my paperwork for my car tags. I asked repeatedly for some update from my salesman David Williams and he blew me off until he got tired of me asking then he gave me the Russell Chevy general number and was again promised that it would get resolved by A manager called price but that date came and went with out one word from him. I then again had to call Russell and insist on talking to a manager Steve Woods FINALLY looked up what the problem was and found that they sent it to my old address. It just seems like I only got some to look and help me after I want to return the car. I am 56 years old I have bought several new cars in many different states and this was THE WORST EXPERIENCE I have ever had buying a car.I Love the car but there are lots of dealers in this state. You guys should remember that. I am not someone to be treated this way and forget it. I will go to another dealership next time. They ONLY CARE ABOUT GETTING YOUR MONEY AND NOT SERVICE OF ANY KIND!

Had my vehicle a week and RCSD did not communicate what was wrong with the vehicle. I called to find out the status and was told the vehicle was ready to pick up.
