Outstanding rental spaces with very friendly young lady who helped me get squared away for a hell of a price. I was alittle disappointed when I found out where my space was. I was under the impression that Imy space would be backed up to her space. And have someone watching my goods. But it was wishful thinking on my part cause she never promised me a rose garden. So I will settle with the video surveillance and will be asking about the terms for security with a personal touch. Lol. I did some how manage to get 4 months for half price. And would have paid full for a watch person.

This is a great place to store your belongings. Gated storage with great customer service support! If you are looking for somewhere to hold your belongings I 100% recommend Remount Storage!!!

Just my honest observation of this place& the situation I’m dealing with out of them. Have not had a good experience since I’ve been storing my things at this place there is always something breaking, wether it’s the gate chain or the door knobs which both prevent you from accessing your things when you need to. It’s a huge inconvenience then on top of that they’re charging an arm and leg for a storage when things are not up to par.. and the owner an manger is very horrible at communicating. I will never store my things at this place again. On top of that I ended up being late on my storage because they charge ridiculous fees and even tho I payed my balance that was due they refused to come remove the over lock they placed on my unit so I have not had access to my things still. Do not recommend that you do business here. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE/care….
