I haven't seen or experience one of the most unprofessionally, closed minded Unnecessary and that never and doesn't know and put their personal standards on there customer the place is not clean and I've seen this same location being broken Into since I was a kid and my mom rented there. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!Building reeks like someone/something either died or used the bathroom in there. Every light bulb is burnt out except for one, so it’s nearly impossible to see. Gate stays open WAY too long after a vehicle goes through it, would be insanely easy to get in behind another vehicle even if you didn’t know the gate code.UPDATE: We rented a unit at this location for less than a month and it was broken into. We received an automated email letting us know that we needed to go look and make sure nothing was stolen and file a police report ourselves. So in other words, “good luck, figure it out”. Why does this place even bother having a fence or cameras if apparently neither of them work? We didn’t pay much to rent this unit, but I could have gotten this experience for $0 and still felt ripped off.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Not only are they shady their customer service is horrible. My unit was broken into so they switched me to a new unit then they charged me double the price of the old unit saying it's a new rental, but they won't give the new rental discounts. DON'T RENT FROM RED DOT!!!

I was not able to access the storage unit after I paid for it. They did give my a full refund because all the gate codes wouldn’t open the gate

Since June 2022 I've had no problems until December 28th I received a text stating my unit was broken into. When I arrived at my unit. All my husband's belongs was gone. The thief broke off my lock. There's no cameras or no one to contact. I made a police report but I'm not sure if I'm going to receive anything for the things my husband lost. Now I have to move all my things out this week before this happens again. I do not recommend this storage to anyone. Bad business.

You can't put zero Stars but two different of my units got broken into I lost a lot of my stuff and even though I pay for insurance I don't get paid back and it doesn't replace the items anyway. Do not rent a unit there

The experience was okay . When I got to my storage I had no code to a lock . It says 24hrs but it’s not so when I called to get the code I couldn’t because they were closed. I had to pay extra for my U-Haul because we had everything packed in the U-Haul already.

I rarely leave poor reviews, but this facility is poorly managed and falsely advertising 24/7 access. Multiple places on the website feature 24/7 access as a benefit of renting from Red Dot, and it's why I chose the facility over others. The lease understandably has language that would relieve legal responsibility if access hours have to change for any reason (things happen), but the more I dig in, the more I see that there is no intent by the owners to offer 24/7 access at this facility. To improve, this business needs to update their website and be more transparent about the service they offer.
