PJ came to get me even after my insurance reassigned me to another server that would have had me waiting for another 2 hours. He was very nice had me laughing about this craziness of my night and we really appreciated him making the extra effort to come get my car to where it needed to be.

Called at 11:08. Quoted hour to hour and a half. Called for a follow up on status for tow at 12:46. Was told another 20-30 minutes. Driver called at 1:38 and said he was on the way. Got towed at 2:15. Of course, I paid prior to being towed. I would have gone with a different company that was able to get to me sooner even if it did cost a little bit more to accommodate a better realistic time-frame instead of 3 hours. Before being towed and with the wait, I tried to limp my vehicle closer to home. Got one mile closer to my destination on the same road, called their office to inform, and my rate increased. Driver was cool though. A very efficient and clean tow as far as the tow itself is concerned.
