Rained into my unit Appliances and furniture were wet with water damage and smelled. It was like I had stored my items in a outdoor garage. Everything smelled like the outdoors.

They are worthless.... My unit was broke into twice and the last time the manager put a lock on it but he was the only one with a key to my unit not me. When I told him about he said call the police but then begged me not to due to his and the other peoples legality issues. Not to mention his daughters unruly and distasteful language and mouth. I could really sue her for defamation. There is so much illicit activities that take place there. The daughter shows people how to go under the gate to get in and all that they probably know everytime someone's unit is going to get broke into cuz they help them do it. If they have camaras why don't they know who keeps robbing the place.

Employees stole my belongings out of my unit twice in 10 years. I called the owner Barbara and informed her about it and she did nothing about it and was very unconcerned. She never got back with me about my loss and over a year later, left me a message, stating I owed over $300 for a unit that had already been vacated 12 months prior, with no lock on the unit.SB

Our units door was broken by a staff member. They took a long time to replace the door. A lot of stuff was stolen and left a big mess. Very disappointed.

Our storage was broken into not long after we started renting it. All our expenses stuff was stolen. My husband's military bag full of jackets. All my new boots, my CD's that I bought over the years (Country and all)...our deep freeze, microwave and etc. They didn't act worried about it like we did. I believe the woman or her husband stoled it!!! Never rent storage from them at all unless you want your things stolen!!!! ?
