Julia was awesome in helping me get new homeowners insurance when the company I was using decided to pull out of the state of Arkansas. Very professional, friendly, personable and extremely knowledgeable I helping with my needs. Julia answered all my questions and even had suggestions in helping me get the correct policy. It was a pleasure working with Julia to get this accomplished.

I had a wonderful phone call with Helen today! She was helpful, knowledgeable and so kind. I’m very glad I decided to shop around for insurance today. Allstate was able to offer the same coverage for my vehicle for considerably less than I’m currently paying. Couldn’t recommend this company more.

Thank you, Allstate, for having such wonderful customer service m. Thank you to Ms.Betty who initially answered my call first and transferred me to the right person, who was Bethany. First off, Bethany has an amazing personality and is very professional. She answered all of my questions and concerns. Also, she explained every detail that I needed to know when getting different car insurance. She’s very helpful, honest, and knowledgeable, especially when it comes to her customers.
