“Wanted to give a big thanks to Calvin and crew for helping us get new tires. The customer service was phenomenal today. There was some confusion with our tire order and I apologize for not learning his name, I just know he was one of the twins. But they were two tires short and he drove out to Sherwood to pick up the two missing himself.
Could have easily rescheduled when more came in, but I very much appreciate the initiative of going to get them yourself.

“My trailer lights kept going off by themselves. When I got there Manager, James and Dillon worked hard to fix the problem.
However they were short staffed and I had to run over to utility trailer and grab the part myself. After I got back they each worked diligently to get me going again.
