I would like to provide the 5 star service to Anthony.I would also like to give one advice to BAO executive team. Please upgrade the computers at this branch, they are very slow and old. Really slow down the process of getting my account Sign Up. I was honestly a bit shock to see they are still using computer hardware that is from 1995. Other then that everything is great!”

“Most of the time I get good fast , friendly service . I remember a few years back when my grandmother died and I had p.o.a , they were more then helpful . They did a whole lot more for me than Bank of America ( whom I wouldnt recommend to my worst enemy ) Usually , if there is something to complain about , I would say it is the wait time . This seems to be mostly at certain times and days of the week . The problem seems to be not enough tellers at the front counter , or difficult customers that want to argue or do other things to make their jobs more difficult . I feel that maybe some of the stress could be taken off the backs of the tellers by those that I see sitting around behind desk doing what appears to be not much of anything . I feel that during times of rush , it would not hurt them to get up and help at the front counter . no job should be considered beneath them . However , I would still choose this branch over many other local banks .”
