I purchased a new tire yesterday and the tech scratched my 4000 mile wheel on my Tacoma. No one said anything about it. I trusted these guys. Now I have to find a wheel so my vehicle doesn't go down in value.

Some how a part ended up in two pieces and I now had to pax $680 took 6 days and couldn't guarantee if it would fix the issue. Check engine light was on upon pick up. Allen got Rude and refused to talk to me, I was told to come back another day after paying $600+ My car sounds worse than before!

Would not recommend taking your vehicle there. They like to go to other shops and burn your tires after you purchased them. Very unprofessional. Management doesn’t like to have to deal with complaints about employee. They will also hang up in your face or will ignore your call if you try to call up there to complain.

I've had two poor experiences here within the last month. In one case, having my brakes replaced resulted in a sensor being broken that was perfectly fine prior. Now my car notifies me that I have low brake fluid and that my emergency brake is on, despite neither of these being the case. I asked the shop about this, and they acknowledged the faulty sensor, but said they don't know how long it has been defective. I told them that there wasn't an issue prior to the visit, and they simply reiterated the need for a new sensor. In another case, miscommunication between staff resulted in a $240 repair that I neither requested nor wanted. This repair did not address the issue that I brought my vehicle into the shop for in the first place. In neither of these instances did the shop seem to have any concern for making the problem right after I asked about the issues. In one case I was chuckled at when I asked why the vehicle still had issues following the repair.I think everyone in the shop is well meaning, but the lack of customer care has resulted in unforseen and unnecessary expenses to myself that really don't seem fair.

Worse customer service and poor work ethics. I wanted to have my tire alignment, I called them for the inquiry, and they told me to say yes (first come, first served). Upon reaching the store, they apologized for their machine being down for the last two months. The person at the desk (supposed to be the owner) told me to visit his other store, which has the latest machine installed for a tire alignment. I even asked him if I should call the store for the inquiry, and he said no, go directly, and your work will be done. Finally, after 30 mins drive, I reached his other store to find out that their machine had been down for the last two months. That’s their so-called customer service default line for customers coming at 1 PM. Thanks to Firestone next building, who took care of it for ZERO $. Please don’t waste your time here; their website has more information than those who work here.

Need a tire patched? Don't bring your vehicle here. "MECHANIC" hit the bay divider with my driver's sideview mirror and didn't say a word about it. Completely broke the mirror. Also, somehow I now have a mismatched and incorrect style lugnut for my rim after the patch. Hope the patch holds. Terrible experience, save yourself some trouble and go somewhere else for whatever you need done. Total sheiss

They broke multiple pieces on my husband's truck while working on it and charged us for the replacement even though they said they would cover it originally since they broke it. Ended up being close to 10x the estimated cost.

Chris was very helpful. It's good to call before you come. I had a very bad flat tire. They showed me something else that was the problem that I didn't see. The sensor didn't work anymore so instead of putting one on there he showed me the new part and let me decide. The flat dent the metal. I asked if they could straighten it out. They did part of it but bend it back to far and the paint came off. If that didn't happen I would have give five stars. He stated you can bring it back if there's a problem. Great conversation.

Went by to see about getting an oil change for my Porsche, with bringing my own oil and filter. Have to do so as Porsche requires a Mobil 1 full synthetic oil. I buy from Walmart cheaper than they and others can get as most don’t carry it. I know the owner of the stores, Shane, as I have bought many tires, and sent a lot of people there.
