Me and my boyfriend did a tour as possible future residents and our leasing agent Jasmine was very knowledgeable and transparent with all the updates being done to the apartment complex. The apartments have very nice amenities and seem very quiet, other than your normal downtown hustle and bustle. We are very much considering and Jasmine was such a great help!

Ms Jasmine, Cassie and I apologize for not remembering the other young ladies name. My tour and the reception of these beautiful ladies was Very Professional, Courteous, and Respectful. They are a Very Important Asset to your company. I'm a elderly senior and customer service has DECLINED tremendously and to be in the present of these ladies was a wonderful experience. Thank you for employment with your company.

First week moving in and i’ve loved it so far…. Staff super friendly and professional, residents are friendly as well!! They are currently doing cosmetic touchups and redesigning a couple things to make it look more appealing but everything is well thought of and put together with the new management team. Thinking about staying here for a few years!!! Most residents i’ve met have been here over 3 years so that should say something!

RUN RUN RUN‼️ I’m here to tell you that METROPOLITAN is by far the worst apartments I’ve ever stayed in. They call it luxury but I’m here to tell you that it’s no where near luxury at all…. DO NOT & I MEAN DO NOT LET THE PHOTOS THEY HAVE ON THEIR WEBSITE FOOL YOU. The complex is super nasty, ran down, elevators are NEVER working, RATS have taken over, office staff has the worst customer service ever, maintenance take "100 years" to do something simple as change a lightbulb, and so much more! Unfortunately google doesn’t let me add videos to a review but if ANYONE want to know what THE REAL METROPOLITAN look like feel free to email me and I won’t hesitate to send you pictures and videos! Also if you have any type of conversation with office staff when it comes to money make sure you record because they’ll tell you one thing and I promise it’ll be something totally different! For example I ran across BIG NASTY RATS in my unit (so have others) and I requested to move immediately… upon my request I asked Lia, Mia, or whatever the property manager name is what do I need to pay and she replied "just your last months rent ” so I asked over and over is that the only thing, she replied yes that’s it which I payed with no problem and yes I record the conversation… Well almost after a month of me being gone from the property I received a statement for $927 which they say I owe them but keep in mind she said the ONLY THING I had to pay was my last months rent which was like $180 maybe a few dollars more, don’t remember. But please make sure you record every conversation you have with them because she claims to not have said it which she did which I recorded her saying.. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE APARTMENTS‼️ Literally a complete $h!T show & hell hole!!!

Our air conditioning is not strong enough to keep up with the rising temperatures outside. We requested to leave the apartment early then our lease, we talked with the manager and she said that it wouldn’t be a problem and that we would not have to pay any rent after August because we were leaving in unhealthy conditions. We still haven’t got any of these claims in writing or an email from her.

They are always willing to take care of the Problem when I call them but the Follow up just doesnt happen. I will call with an issue like my AC being down for over a Month now but they dont follow up if the issue is going to be delayed or to let us know what is going on. A Portable AC is great for the Living Room but the other 2 Bedrooms are still hot. Dont even want to See my Electric bill for June with this Window unit running 24/7.Of Course nothing has been said Regarding Compensation for me living with an AC unit that Needs New Freon every other Day. This is Getting Old Fast the Longer I am waiting on a New Unit. New Management not doing Great so Far.Update....This AC issue has been going on since 06/01/23 and still No Unit. I have been told for at least 4 Weeks that a New Unit is on Order. Now Manager is dodging Calls having a Temp return my Calls instead. Just want a Truthful Straight answer as to When I will get AC.Update…New AC Unit finally installed on 07/19/23. So only went 49 Days with No Central Air in a 2 Bedroom. The Contractor I will say was Exceptional. Very Professional and did his job well. Now if I could just get them to remove this portable Unit from my Living Room. Let’s see if they do anything to offset my Electric Bill that was Double the amount last month. Customer Service is still lacking in my Opinion. How hard is it for someone from Apartment to call to actually check on the job and see how it was done. I’m just old school and expect a personal touch.And to the Management’s canned response below. How hard is it to pick up the Phone and actually ask me instead of copying and pasting that Corporate Response. Tks

In regards to the elevator maintenance, it was fixed in a timely matter compared to the past. I would recommend installing cameras outside the elevator on each floor and one inside the elevator. You will then be able to narrow down who and where the elevator damage is happening. Just a suggestion.

The units are spacious and full of storage. The ladies in the office are very nice. I moved to a different unit due to noise issues from upstairs neighbors. I was thoroughly disappointed when I saw the new unit. It had an animal odor that would not go away. They did install new carpet and bathroom floors, but the odor remained. My new unit needed to be painted. There were “touch up” areas that stood out from the other paint. I was told that some things would be done for my unit, but the work was never done. I think the office staff’s kindness is the best thing about living here.
