“My friend and I stopped at the mall to go to various stores, and I wanted to visit American Eagle to look for shorts.I always have a difficult time finding shorts that fit me (or even finding my size) and that are also on sale or affordable. I looked around for at least an hour trying on different shorts, had maybe 3 fitting rooms, etc.I finally found a pair of jeans that fit me and were on clearance. I love American Eagle because I know it’s high quality and will last you for years, so finding it on clearance is a huge plus.Raphael joked with me saying “you’ve reached your limit of trying stuff on” but he was super friendly and ready to help when we needed it.Lakey was also super sweet and funny, she helped me sign up and I received a discount on top of the clearance deal. She also had no problem finding the type of shorts I wanted and checking if they were on sale.Diamond was also a great employee, she made you feel welcomed and that you could ask her for anything. She was the first to greet us and inform us about the deals.Overall this was the best experience at American Eagle I’ve ever had. I never usually shop here due to expenses, but this experience makes me more likely to visit again soon.”

“Came to look around yesterday and the clearance area had some really good stuff! And the staff was so friendly. The friendliest experience I've had at an Old Navy. One of them saw me carrying a huge stack of clothes and grabbed me a bag to use. They constantly checked to make sure I was doing okay. Loved it!”

“Had a great experience with a worker, I think her name was Claire. We came in a little over 30 minutes before closing to check out the 90% off sale. While we were there she was extremely polite and helpful despite the staff being harassed by an unruly customer, expecting the staff to wait on her hand and foot while she disrespected them and demanded unreasonable requests, including telling the staff to go out of the store find the "homeless guy" she brought with her. Through all of this Claire and the rest of the staff remained professional, continuously providing courteous assistance to all the customers in the store at the time.”
