Well, I did give the car wash 5 stars, but then i read the comments that others got coffee and dash wipes. I was not offered coffee, dash wipes or anything, actually except the girls working at the entrance to the wash area directed me onto the track. Also, my wheels were still very dirty after the wash.

Love it here but they should have an attendant to guide your car on the rail to the car wash like other automatic washers

This Car Wash was wonderful. First time using it and I was very satisfied. The vacuumed have two vacuumed heads, the regular one which had great pressure, the second one allowed you to vacuum the area between seats. I noticed it also had Air pressure to do tires if needed. Would highly recommend.

This place is a joke!! When I tell you, nobody at this location, answers the phone nobody!! I currently have a membership with glide express in Little Rock And glide has 10x better customer service. I got a text from Mcbees today for a $0.01 membership for the month, So I clicked the link signed up and got my confirmation and everything to my email. Well McBees Website is completely useless. You can’t manage your account or literally do anything but update your debit card on there. I’ve been trying to get a hold of somebody because I have not received anything for my purchase of my membership or confirmation etc. I’m not sure if it has my plate number wrong or if it’s a system error or what’s going on because I have nothing that gives me access to the wash in my email. I’ve been calling this location all morning and nobody will answer!! I’ve texted the number like the recording on the phone says still no response. I left a voicemail still no response. So honestly I don’t know what I was thinking I will stay with Glide because they have some of the best customer service I’ve seen. I was considering switching due to the location of me re-Locating but nevermind. So if you are looking to speak to somebody there or handle a situation, McBees is not it!!!

Staff was friendly. Free coffee, air fresheners, and dash wipes were generously offered. Seems promising...
Oh no, the carwash is not working? Bit concerning. Some hand waving from the barista seemed to "fix" it and I was prompted to enter.
Flurry of activity around me as the car moves through the track, but the water, soap, and scrubbers don't seem to be hitting the car very often. I should have been angry but frankly I was impressed so much energy could be expended to no productive end.
$20 and a few minutes later my car emerges mildly damp with pollen and dust smeared all over.
Owner should shut down the wash, contact the equipment dealer, and reconfigure the equipment. There is a similar setup at Genesis Auto Wash in Little Rock that seems to be running fine, and has a team doing proper prewash (which I'd prefer to the coffee).
OWNER: SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH THE WASH EQUIPMENT--FIX IT, LOSE THE COFFEE AND DO PREWASH BY HAND
Edit in response to owner: A desk jockey in customer service cannot make this right. Owner needs to _personally visit the site_ with an equipment expert, watch the cars go through, and figure out why they are not getting washed.
