DON'T BUY HERE!!!
Guess who I definitely WON'T be visiting to complete my next purchase? I was disappointed with the mgmt team. Can't suggest strongly enough "GO ELSEWHERE"!! Manager themselves wouldn't even talk to me, THE CUSTOMER, to tell me services wouldn't be covered and why. Very very disappointed in the dealership and how we were treated.

They told me color of car I wanted wasn’t in. The salesperson told me that I could trade my car get a loner car until my car comes in. That didn’t happen they sold me a white Toyota Camry instead of the blue and black Toyota that I wanted. They tried to fix the situation but didn’t, so now I am stuck with a color I didn’t want. I feel the staff is unprofessional on this situation and I recommend anybody that wants to purchase a Toyota do not go to this dealership. I will suggest find another dealership that will give you quality customer service.

I had a bad battery and took my vehicle to Sam's Club to purchase a replacement! The technician at Sam's informed me that the battery terminal connections were too corroded for them to remove and suggested that I take it to the dealership to have the terminal connections replaced. I had already purchased the battery so I took my vehicle to the dealership and they assessed the problem and informed me that they had the parts in stock to resolve my issue. I requested that they install the new battery and was told it would not be a problem! 30 minutes later, my vehicle was read for me to go! I was very impressed with how quick and efficient everyone was!

Our salesmen were great. Shout out to Christian Davis and James Manson helping us find the right car for us and making sure any issues we had were addressed. But on the other hand getting the service department to get our car in to fix what was on the we owe part of the contract was a nightmare, the work before the sale was done incorrectly and getting them to get it in and fixed in a timely manner was difficult. James stayed on top of them and the problem was fixed after a time. I will look at buying with mclarty toyota again in the future but will be prepared for the fight over any issues that need to be addressed by the service department. The sales team deserve a 5 star but service department should only get a 2 star.

They were fair and completely honest. No hidden fees or extras tacked on. Our final cost was exactly what our rep, Marvin, had quoted. A great experience and we will use them again.

Professional courteous and responsive. Thank you Richard Warner for taking care of the entire process. From reserving the vehicle from the assembly line to handing me the keys. I love my new 2024 4RUNNER TRD Pro. I love the underground color. It's my first new vehicle purchase in 43 years.

Had a horrible experience both days here! Thought since it was Toyota they’d be pretty good bc of the reviews. WRONG! They never listened to me when I fully and in depth explained exactly what I want, what my credit score is, my pay etc. they tried to put me in a 29,000 car while I clearly explained 15,000-20,000. Took my keys to my truck without asking me to appraise it. Was going to sell me a car without even seeing it or test driving it. Tried to lock me into a car note I didn’t even agree to! Never again! These people have lost my business for good! They had 2 times to get it right. And failed both times with 2 different salesman. I will go elsewhere for a Toyota. They told me they’d be transparent like I was. Hahaha!!! Anything but that! I told them I was just looking bc I had some things to pay off first before I even signed anything. Also told them I wanted exact numbers so I could take them home to look them over and make sure I can afford this new budget. No they weren’t even gonna let me do that. They said they had to draw up paperwork to see what my payments would be. This company does things very sneaky so def watch them in how they swindle you into a new car. How the hell did this place get so many stars????

The deal was negotiated over the phone and nothing changed when i got there. Also Wendi Sams, one your Finance Mgrs from another Mclarty dealership was fantastic in helping with the deal. Very pleased!
