Service department is terrible especially dealing with their customer courtesy liason Jennifer.
She misdmanaged our service appointment and tried to blame it on a former employee. We had a 2month wait just to get the car evaluated. When I went to drop the car off they didn't have my appointment and wanted to keep my car for weeks. After involving the service manager, we were able to get the car evaluated that day.
Courtesy should be removed from jennifers title as she has no ability to extend Courtesy. Rude, disorganized and doesn't work well with the service team. She externilzes her frustration and discontent for the service guys.
I paid alot of money for the best extended service agreement which includes a rental car. It's a battle to get one. They are busy, I get it. I'm patient and waited with no complaint. Can't wait to be done with this place and I will never return.

The service department is a joke. They were going to keep my vehicle for 2 months for a simple fix. They refused to evaluate the vehicle for 2 months and provided no legitimate reason for the wait. Not having a second vehicle, this would have been a hardship. I had the vehicle towed to another Ford Dealer. The vehicle was evaluated & repaired in less than 2 days. Stay clear of Mclarty.

Just had the best experience with any of the Ford dealers in Little Rock area. Ray was extremely helpful and patient with me while I placed my order for a new 2023 Maverick.

Experience with our car salesman was great! As soon as we starting dealing with the manager on our trade-in, everything went to heck in a hand basket. I would advise any and everybody to not deal with Mclarty period! Finance manager was very unprofessional and did not go over his paperwork properly. As well, he did not fully go over it with us during our signing process. DO NOT waste your time going to any of their lots. Unprofessional, rude, and will sneak “charges” on your loan. The WORST car buying experience I have ever experienced.

Literally the worst experience I have ever had with a service center. There are plenty of other dealerships in the area to choose from to have your vehicle worked on. This dealership for one overcharges what they are worth and two kept promising deadlines that they couldn't deliver on which put me another week in a rental car I had to pay for and all they can say is oh I'm sorry our staff has this fake omnicron virus. Stop making excuses and step up to the plate already do your job and deliver on what you promise!!

Our salesman Ray was so helpful! They call him the Lincoln expert! He knows everything there is to know about the Lincolns and he offered for us to reach out to him even after the purchase for any questions and he said he will always be there to help us along the way. He’s a genuine man of God. We were so blessed to meet him!

Long wait- the reps were standing around talking to eachother. I have multiple recalls on my car, they said they will need to keep the car for multiple days and will not give me a loaner car. Said I could rent one for $60.

Salesman was John Gilbert. I highly recommend using him and the Lincoln dealership. Easy to work with they delivered the vehicle right to us (an hour away) they also brought ALL the paperwork to us to sign! Love my 2020 Lincoln Aviator

Went there with approved credit from State Farm Bank to purchase a used car. I explained this and like an idiot I allowed them to talk me into checking with my local bank anyway, to see if they could get a better interest rate. They did by 1 percent. Went into the finance office with Keith Richards and he talked me into a warranty plan. The car already had 6 months of warranty left. We left the dealership and checked the paperwork later at home and things didn't add up for me. The next morning I called and told them I had changed my mine and was going back with State Farm and not to submit the paperwork to my local bank. Not happy campers, because I also told them I was not taking the warranty. Went to State Farm and picked up the check, which was more than the purchase price, which I was going to use to pay for tag and taxes. I was informed a check would be mailed to me. Left with the car that day. PLEASE read everything carefully and don't believe what you are told. My paperwork came via mail to get my tags and it's got the wrong mileage. UGH I will NEVER buy another vehicle from this dealer, any of their locations. I also will not trust them to do my maintenance.

My roommate and I went there to look at a Nissan Titan not to buy it and they check my credit 14 times and I didn't want to purchase the truck...Just look at it. They ran my credit 14 times. Who does that? Then they told me to go in office. I said what for? I'm not buying this truck too raggy for what you want. Then they asked to go in office. I said what for. I told him I wasn't purchasing & he said let me go find manager. We left & they chased after us to my truck.He said what's going on? I said I'm not purchasing. They had no right to chase us down or check my credit 14 times!!!!!! I won't ever recommend anyone to go there. They suck!!!!!
