On using this pharmacy. Since pharmacy techs have no idea about anyone's walk in life I'd expect these to be nice and help. Not petty, meanspirited or nasty tempered. Should said tech be observed by pharmacist displaying rude behavior I do not expect chastisement from the pharmacist to the patient - ever! Please close my account because I refuse to endure poor client experiences in a competitive market.

I called to find out about my husband meds the person who answer the phone put me on hold without telling me then the phone stated ringing again several times another woman answer then I asked to speak to manger another woman came to phone I told her I thought the manager was a man she told me he was on vacation. We have been with kroger for years and I think the employees you hire now are not experienced
When Jill was there she care about the customers .

This is not a good pharmacy at all. They are often at a medication’s, And treat you condescendingly when they are out. There is a particularly bald, bald, bald bald wanna be chode wipe behind the counter Running the Poorly designed operation an angry tuna can with a job. I hope kroger wises up soon.

This Morning my husband and I decided to go buy some cigarettes at the customer service desk and there was an older white man assisting customers. He apparently could not hear what my husband said and told him to move over and get closer because he was hard at hearing plus because he has an accent he could not understand what he needed. My husband and I are mexican-americans and we are fluent in English and Spanish. I felt that he was discriminating us because of the fact that we have a certain accent. I thought it was unnecessary for him to mention anything about since we were being clear about what were needing. When I asked him about it he said, "Well his accent is different from mine so it's hard to understand."
I feel he was intentionally discriminating us! Mind you we are both born and raised in Texas.
This is not the first time he uses the excuse of being hard at hearing either.

Great customer service and dairy section. This is a rare Kroger to find ample Noosa yogurt, GT kombucha and Yerba mate. Awful cheese selection unless you like prepackage Sargento. No gourmet cheese or those suitable for a cheese board. Great customer service with a local, friendly vibe.

I have been a customer of McCain Kroger for many years but today was treated like trash by a tech named ALI I will no longer affiliate myself with that store who treats their customers this way.

I placed an order for some flowers two weeks ago for an event that I had plan today. I had pickup for Wednesday just to make sure I had my flowers on time. Wednesday I received a call and this girl tells me that they don't have the flowers that she can cancel my order. I told her so why do you guys offer a service of preordering if at the end I won't be able to receive my stuff? And she kept repeating she could cancel my order because preordering doesn't mean I will receive what I need. Worst service! I won't be visiting again !!

This is a nice Kroger. Although it's share by all the nearby businesses in the same shopping center, the parking lot is big and free. The aisles here are wide, and the store is clean. Came here at night about 5 weeks ago to get bottled water, and found it with no problems. Also bought some snacks to last us through at least the next day of our road trip (the snacks had no chance, and they were gone by lunch!).
