This review does not reflect my view of the overall store experience. Just the meat department. I have shopped at this store for many years. I even worked here when it was Albersons. However lately I have had to return several packs of meat, over 4 packs in the last few weeks. Each pack was sour when I opened it. None of them were past the expiration date on the package. As much as I hate doing it, I will be buying meat from Hoggs now. It's tiring to return meat all the time. Sorry Kroger. Please get it together in the meat department.

The wife and I referr to it as the ghetto kroger.Not because of the location but the employees.Really sour attitudes and the store is always a wreck.Edwards is a short distance down the street.People are friendly and the store is immaculate.Do your shopping there.The Kroger store is a zero star.

Visited the store for groceries while out of town. The staff is very friendly, but Little Rock Kroger is nothing like Dallas. Out Kroger card would not work, but the cashier had a work around . The store itself seemed picked over and many things were dusty .

I went by and picked up a few items and went to the self check out like I have done for 20 plus years. I was waiting for a lane that didn't have a NO CASH BACK sign on it.A young lady started shouting that I couldn't get any cash back in the store period. I looked over at the manager on duty and he just looked away. I just had to leave .

I was assisted today in customer Service by Renae, and I have to say she was really on top of it!! When I walked in there was a 15 person line for customer service, but I was in and out of there within 15 minutes, and to top it off, she had a big smile on her face!!! Keep up the work Renae, she needs a raise!!!!

Did online pick up Order- got text order ready- got there order was cancelled due to out of stock - why didn’t they let me know it was cancelled before I drive over there? Called spoke with associate and in the middle of conversation was hung up on - called back to speak to manager Cecelia or something like that she put me in hold to check out my order - on hold 12 minutes and another manager came To phone explained experience she placed me on hold for another 19 more minutes just to be hung up on again!

Hold the flies please. I was there today and saw flies all over their food and they didn't have a care in the world. Whatever you do I advise you not to ever eat there. If I could upload pics I would show you the flies just sitting on the food. (Edit) Well I was able to upload the flies pics in photos. Go see before they delete them. Whoever eating there just know tht you are eating baby maggots. Ugh!
