I actually own a shop similar to this one out of state. This facility is all new and up to date and very clean all the time. Kris the owner is very knowledgeable and loves what he does. It is very nice to be able to bounce ideas, issues, and thoughts with a business owner in the same market. Kris is great guy to deal with and take lots of pride in the product he puts put.

Tried getting a quote from these guys on shocks for a Corvette. Took 4 calls, still waiting. Ended up going back to Bale Chevrolet. Wouldn't waste the time/effort with them.

I called back in October of 2022 and scheduled my truck for a tune and was told 4-6 weeks out for tunes. I was fine with that and was put on the books. What I’m not fine with is I STILL have yet to get a call back for the tune I scheduled in October of 2022.Totally unacceptable, I’ve since then taken my business elsewhere. I wouldn’t recommend this shop nor WILL I give this shop my hard earned money that doesn’t care to keep in touch with scheduled customers!

Not only will they diagnose and repair an issue you bring in, they will thoroughly diagnose it during the repair and let you know what else is needing attention so you can prevent future gremlins from ruining your day. The guys up there are super knowledgeable and i couldn't recommend a better place in the metro area for repairs and for upgrades when you are ready to take it to the next level!
