“Excellent customer service. Brandon deserves a major shout out (and a raise). He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and confident. He was able to help us purchase a watch he didn’t physically have in his store but we were able to pick it up at the mall next door. When those employees had trouble taking out a couple of links (and ending up damaging a piece), I called Brandon and he immediately said to bring it to him. He did an amazing job fixing the problem quickly and efficiently. Major kudos to you, Brandon!!”

“I cannot say enough good about this place. Wonderful friendly people. Great customer service @ very reasonable prices. I took in an antique costume jewelry bracelet that meant a lot to me even though it’s monetary value probably isn’t much. I had lost a stone out of it. I had personally looked on & off for years for a replacement rhinestone with NO success. My niece suggested I take it there. In DECEMBER they found a match- not identical but close enough. Thank you so much!!!!”
