We have followed Dr Kevin Meurer from his previous office to Interstate Animal Clinic because of his care and knowledge. He always goes above and beyond to make us feel comfortable about all of our dogs and their care. He is very supportive and educated in what is in our dog’s best interests. He communicates very well and is attentive to our concerns. The office staff is very attentive and caring as well not to mention they have Saturday appointments which helps with our schedule. Thanks Dr Kevin!!

Everyone from the front desk, to vet techs and the Veterinarian have been really wonderful. I went through a very scary/traumatic situation with my pup, and they were able to see me right away, talk me through the whole process and answer all of my (sometimes stupid) questions. They have taken great care of my girl, and I would definitely recommend Interstate Animal Clinic.

I think the girl who answers the phone And the female vet were rude Hannah so bad I had to bring it to her attention. Ridiculous. Probably hurting business for the other vet. The little vet tech w the big ring she was sweet. Meaurer was nice. But the other two i think they came out of the same trailer.

The worse experience I have ever had with Dr Donna Hunter, I will never use the clinic again , I took a new puppy for shots she walks in the room and can’t even introduce herself and speak to me or let alone tell me what type of shots she is giving my dog she told me they would call with results to the sample they took , then walking out of the room I was asked to wait so I did then, then all the sudden Dr hunter wants to talk to me about the sample they gave her worming meds and I do not appreciate the way she gave them to my dog she to me was very unprofessional, I will never use them at a vet clinic again !! I am so mad about this experience, however on that note the receptionist was very pleasant and the tech that did the sample was very pleasant

I found a sick kitten that was in pain and needed help. I call and they tell me to come in so I get there at 530 which was 30 minutes before they close. I tell them I need help and was told they don't have any appointments and that they are about to close and the doctor won't see anyone. Well if you would have being a decent human you'd have seen the poor thing was in pain and dying but you were too busy trying to leave work on time. Just so you know that poor kitten died shortly after that. I hope it makes you feel really good about the work you claim to love if you allow innocent animals to suffer like that when you could have done something. I'll never come back and I hope ppl realize you really don't care about animals, you only care about the money. You should be ashamed.

I went in for my babies yearly, everyone was very professional. I received bad news about 1 of my babies. The staff were very compassionate, knowledgeable, and answered all questions. The vet gave me honest answers needed to make the best decision for my baby. I will always use Interstate Animal Clinic and I will be recommending them to everyone.

Had to take my very old girl for her final visit. They charge twice what everyone else does. Would not have used them but it was an emergency. Never again.

Since I walked through that door they treated me so well ❤️ the girl who greeted me was so kind and sweet. My dog had some problems and started having bloody diarrhea. Dr. Kevin Meurer and his assistant treated us. They were attentive, listened carefully, asked everything necessary and took care of us as best as possible. The same night my dog started the medication she improved noticeably and I was so happy and relieved!!! As for the price of the consultation, it seemed a little expensive to me but for the emergency and the result it was worth it, I would visit this place again without a doubt!
