Since May 6 I have been dealing with Tech, Service Center people & dispatch !
3 scheduled service calls only one happen the Xfinity Tech came out and set up a service call for new line to be ran on Saturday waited all day no show called oh ma’am I’m sorry these are contracted out companies they don’t work on Saturday!!!
Scheduled a week visit took off work sat here all that 4 hrs gave them another hour called Scheduling people again oh ma’am I’m sorry they will have to get with property people to have line ran… what the hell! Feed up! Took it up on my self to go to Xfinity store because there was no way 3 outlets weren’t working!
Told Zack my situation and he was so nice and understanding and said yeah sounds like your modem! He got me up and running after experiencing this! no one knows what the other is doing at the 1800 number! Thank you Zack Blaylock at the McCain store!!!! I now have my service after a month!
Xfinity needs to recognize this employee for his knowledge and kindness to customers because that was customer service to the highest and not because I’m up and running because now a days you don’t have customer service like that!!!
