I had a good relationship with the agent that I used to do my taxes. That was the first year I moved here for some strange reason this year. I had to find a new location. I had to find out the day of my appointment that was scheduled that appointment was canceled due to my agent not being able to make it. Nowhere down-the-line did anyone from that office try to contact me. You would think they would leave me a message, email, or a voicemail. They felt like they called me 3 times but there's no proof that they called me 3 times. They're not big on communication and I am. On that note I am no longer interested in doing business with them.

I went in met wit a beautiful pregnant representative for h&r block and she seen me on the spot it didn't take long her service was excellent and they are the most friendliest safest cleanest establishment I ever been in that's why I gave him five stars I wouldn't choose no other text representative to file my texting but h&r block and they guarantee me my money
