The h&r block employee was so intelligent in fact it's the lady that did my taxes last year at the JFK location in North Little Rock Arkansas the same woman 2 years in a row and she informed me that James which is my first name you need to stop claiming one because if you claim zero you will get more of a refund and I really appreciate that because it's not it's not like they're broadcasting it on television to tell people to claim zero and so I really appreciate that thanks h&r block and thank that employee that did James Edwin Allen II taxes at the JFK location

I have always had good service with H and R Block. This year I decided to use a different location closer to home. My advisor this year was Sharell Robinson and she took great care to help me and answer my questions. All of the ladies in the office were great as well.

The workers I ever dealt with no help after filing . they can't answer no questins. Tab taking so long I could have filed myself. I was charged 505.00. But got nothing. But they got there's how? So why I don't have mine? Nobody can answer. Frustrating.
