I hope to help some make a decision before you spend 7O bucks at Halter and its Cash only (I wonder why) for advice This guy may have been in business a while but over the years he has gotten lazy he only takes the easy repair work most real problems he either is not capable or just wants the profit of you purchasing a new unit from him and tells u it would be better option AND THEN ASKS IF YOU WOULD LIKE HIM TO "RECYCLE" your Old device and so he can repair them and resell them.. also let me add he has a bad habit of breaking down items and not reassembling it if he can't repair it.. it is fair business practice to charge for diagnostic and if the customer doesn't get the repair service return the item as close to it original state that it allows.. don't give the customer a bag full of screws just because you were to lazy to reassemble it.

I used this company today because I needed a replacement power cable for my Samsung TV. The gentleman there by the name of Rick had exactly the part I needed at a reasonable cost. Hopefully I won't be needing any TV service again anytime soon but I do I will be going back to Rick to get what I need done.

My Samsung TV that is only 5 years old was having problems powering on. I researched the issue and tried all the “easy” fixes and determined that there was a problem with the power source. Rick had the TV fixed in in 48 hours at an affordable price. He was honest and very helpful.

I don't usually write a review but I think this will help someone. There are something I should have done before I left my tv like ask to have them turn it on to view the problem. I didn't. I knew it was a problem when they called to give me the diagnosis. The thing is what they said was the problem was not what was happening with my tv. So they looked at it again. Now when I dropped off my tv it was showing a picture and had sound. When I got my tv home there was no sound and it only showed a white screen. My advice don't be trusting like I did. Have them look at before you leave to have reference point of the problem.
