I wanted my car back the way that it was before I was hit and Qwatney Collision Center of Sherwood did just that. I am amazed of how awesome my car looks!! I give the a 10/10 on Collision repairs.

I'm not happy about having to write a negative review but I feel like it's necessary at this point. Gwatney Collision in Sherwood has taken a minor fender bender on my fathers car and turned it into a month+ long repair. This car should have been in and out of that shop in 2 weeks or less. I called today and they are yet again delaying the car's release until the 3rd week in August. I high recommend against taking your car to this facility for repair work. They are either overloaded or short staffed or both. At some point, you have to turn away work and get your shop under control.

I booked an initial estimate appointment from their website which directed me to car wise. Taking time off of work to take my vehicle there, then arrive to find out the person who would do the estimate wasn’t there. They blamed the issue on me, saying no phone number was provided to call me, only my email address. I provided all information that was requested in the form, including phone as I received a confirmation text. Additionally they could have emailed if there was an issue but it shouldn’t let you book an appointment if nobody will be there for the estimate at that time. Poor customer service right off the bat, I decided to take my Tesla to Icon EV Collision services in Memphis. Yeah it’s a drive but I bet they’ll waste less of my time in the long run than Gwatney already has.

They charge for parts they couldn't find so I ordered them and brought them in. I have proof. They did fix my tie rod end. The hood is still the same and they missed the damage on my door. I told their maintenance tech that maybe the hood just needed the hinges adjusted and was told it does not work that way. He said, not me, the front frame was bent. How would i know that terminology? I was called a liar. Now I'm told to come get it and pay the deductible or they will impound my vehicle. Won't sit and talk to me civilized. BTW: I don't know what a front frame is.

they had my vehicle for three weeks and when I went to pick it up it is not in the condition in which I dropped it off. They are blaming it on me- for example saying a mold stain is actually rust from a car seat (although I have had car seat protectors in place since I bought it so it 1000% can't be the cause- in which the rude employee laughed in my face- her name is Mary btw)? They are also saying something under the seat caused mold on top of the seat which makes zero since- my husband had just detailed it recently? They are "courtesy" cleaning it even though it's not a courtesy to fix a problem you caused- however if my seat is not in the condition in which I brought it in I think they should replace it and they are saying I'd have to file it on my insurance which isn't happening! Pics for a warning to never take your car to Gwatney Collision in Sherwood without getting detailed photos in the condition in which you dropped it off!! Just a $50,000+ vehicle I entrusted them with

Horrible do not take your car here they will keep it for 6 months and u will have to keep taken it back and it will never be fixed!! Save your self the misery find some where else

This place is a black hole of cars where no one calls you back. 4 days 4 promises… then crickets. Finally had to threaten to send a wreaked after my car for them to call us back to get any info whatsoever. Then when we picked up our Jeep they had dinged the passenger door, a part of not even being worked on, and wanted to act like it was just a massive inconvenience for them to fix it. Same your time and sanity these people are just here to milk insurance companies. They don’t care about customer service

Terrible communication, coordination, effort, all around bad experience. We were hoping to be more satisfied. The workmanship is good but everything else is absolutely the worst. Good luck to anyone who has to use this place like we did.

I called ahead to ask when I could come by for an estimate. The receptionist told me they don't give estimates. She said they only give your insurance the estimate after they take your car apart. What collision service doesn't look at your damage and give you an "estimate"?! She also told me that USAA, my insurance, does their own estimate. Of course, my insurance gave me an "estimate" based on the pictures I sent my insurance, but the car has to be taken to a repair shop to "have eyes on," for an in-person estimate. I was not impressed by the knowledge of their customer service associate.
