Tank is the man! I had been working with other local dealers to get this car, which was out of state. One call and Tank got to work. He arranged to get the car that same day, and I was driving it home a day later. I made one visit to the dealership that lasted about one hour. Tank made sure all the gadgets were set up. I am very impressed with the entire process and happy that I made the call to Gwatney!

I was on 4% oil and needed an oil change bad. I called my salesman Keith because the service schedule said they were booked out for a week. Keith got me in. I used the courtesy shuttle and had my car washed and vacuumed. I was so happy with the entire experience. I didn’t know what I was going to do. Thank you so much.

By far the worst experience I have ever had a dealership for service. My service manager Jeff was was rude. They let me replace a brake sensor without changing brake pads knowing it would burn up again the minute i left the dealer. I had no brake sensor on my previous 2016 GMC Sierra so its a new thing to me 0n my 2022 GMC Sierra. They charged me 150.00 for a part they shouldn't have put on in the first place. When talking to the service manager about it he said you wanted a new sensor so i did it. I stated if i told you to put water in my engine instead of oil
I would think you would tell me it would be a bad idea because it would burn it up. He replied. I would do what the customer wanted. I have been more than happy with all GMC experiences in the past. This is the worst place ever. They even stood there and told me that GMC is buying all cheap parts and pads now so everything is failing faster. That certainly makes me think about what my next new truck will be.

I had a great experience at this GMC. Jeff is new to the service department and he was very kind upon dropping my vehicle off. He made sure to keep me updated so I appreciated the communication greatly. He was friendly and informative from beginning to end. When I came to pick up the truck there was a whole room full (8/21/24 around 5pm). They all greeted me and provided a positive vibe. My trucks tire was flat which I was on my way to discount tire for new tires anyway but two young men (I believe one was Hispanic) quickly changed my tire. It was the best 415.00 I ever spent lol the place was very clean and I also noticed they had cart drivers that made sure they continued to circle around in case anyone needed them especially in this heat. Thank you all for outstanding customer service!!!!
p.s. don't let jeffs size full you, hes a big ol nice fella lol

To say I’m very ocd and immaculate when it comes to my Camaro is an understatement…. When the guys at Gwatney missed something on my car, I brought it to their attention and with no hesitation or questions asked, they made it right! Tim, Daryl and all the guys are friendly and very personable!

Very disappointed. Not the experience I have had previously in having my car serviced. You failed to give me the $10 discount I presented on check in which required me having to spend time calling to secure it. New software fails to show that tire rotation was performed nor condition of tires, which I think are close to replacing. Therefore I wonder if rotation was performed and brakes checked. I miss Rod as my service writer. Very disappointing

Gwatney has always treated us good! Today my wife backed out of our garage and knocked the side mirror off. She was very distraut! She went over to Gwanty and they put the mirror back on the car and tightened it up and it works perfectly. Those are some good guys. Thanks Gwatney, have a great day
