The employees were professional, courteous and helpful. I had 2 different projects. My second experience was much smoother than the first. For the first experience , it took way too long and seemed like the left hand didn’t know what the right hand was doing. I was beginning to wonder if I had been scammed. I still went back to them for the second project if that tells you anything. ?

Best decision I ever made was giving Glass Doctor of Central Arkansas a call after a terrible experience with Safelite. Long story short, Safelite could not replace my glass for two weeks, tried to arrive 3 hours earlier than my agreed upon appointment time, ended up being 1 hour late beyond my appointment window, then tried to reschedule with me three times—before I finally canceled my appointment with them over the frustration. That same evening, I contacted Glass Doctor of Central Arkansas by phone and they were able to have some one come out the very next day. The technician, Charles, was communicative, worked quickly, and I am happy with the job he did. Overall, I was pleased with the service, the cost, and the speed with which they were able to perform the job (after having waited over two weeks for Safelite to flub the job). Having said all of that, I highly recommend Glass Doctor of Central Arkansas. If I ever need a window replaced again, they will be the first call I make. Period.

We had a semi-circle window that needed to be replaced after the tornado. It was an odd shape. It looks several trips but Jeremy with Glass Doctor was determined to get it right. A real pleasure to work with.

I love the mobile service where they meet you where you are that gives great convenience and less the headache to bring your car in and the waiting time. I was able to get tasks completed at home as he repaired my windshield. The guy was so fast 9/12/23 in what he knew what to do every time I peeked onto the job, he was in the next phase. He was very professional understanding and even came back the next day to put the rearview mirror on after the glue dried in a time frame that fit my schedule.

The glass in our front door at churh shattered. We were at a lost because it was a late Friday evening other businesses were closed. We called Glass Doctor. The representative worked with us and called the installer that was off duty to help us. He had to go to Hot Springs and then come to us. He completed the installation late at night. We are so grateful.? we didn't have to have service on Sunday with a wooden board over the door. Thank you Glass Doctor.

I wish the installer had cleaned the inside of the windshield after it was installed. It was streaks and tape residue that I had to clean off. Also the initial appointment was rescheduled for a week later.

Perfect transaction. Never saw them, they gave a an estimate and time line and built the replacement window for me and installed. Didn’t have to take off work, gave them access to house with a code. Will use them in the future. Highly recommend!!!Martie

They always say they'll call you back but they never do. Maybe they don't want/need my business? Their record-keeping needs help because not everyone in the front office can find your job and its status. They always want to know who you talked to. That shouldn't matter.

I’m not sure which was better, the customer service or the quality of work. Both were excellent! Glass doctor was one of a few we called about for prices and while they were on the higher end, the customer service and speed of service was worth the price difference. I have no doubt they would stand behind their work as well. I will call them in the future if I need any glasswork done.

Everyone that I dealt with in getting my window installed were courteous and professional. The work crew (Clint, Keith & Isaac) worked seamlessly together in getting the project done. The care they took to insure the integrity of my home was comforting and appreciated. Glass Doctors certainly has my seal of approval.
