Worst eyelash experience ever. Costumer service was nonexistent and the lady that did my lashes was very rude. My lashes came off the day after I got them. When I called to explain that the lady had an attitude. I do not suggest going here.

Sheena is not a nice person she over change me and was talking about me didn't know I new what she was saying there nicer when she not there but I will never go back and she needs too work on her self if she wants too win in life its a big hell know for me

She didn’t pay attention cut off half both of my lower eyelashes because she got them stuck…she tried to do other people while doing my set appointment. She was late for my appointment. She was rude. She got some off the eyelashes glued sticking into my eye

i go here to get my eyebrows waxed and the first time was great the second time i noticed that i was breaking out after the wax so i didnt go back for two months. i went back and i started to break out after the wax again. and my eyebrows are just uneven and very thin (i have thick eyebrows)Service: Waxing

Went to get a service. Another threader (not the one completing my service) begins to stand over me and talk to my servicer casually while holding her young baby. I knew she and child were extremely close over me (totally unprofessional), but my eyes remained closed as I did not want to appear as a rude by asking her to provide distance. Then the baby SNEEZED OVER ME. I hopped up to see the mother (no mask) over me and saying “she didn’t sneeze on you.” This is my second visit. Mind you COVID is still real. Considering this instance and my skin being super irritated each time I leave — I will not be returning.

I wouldn't go here for lash extension!!!! I guess you do get what you pay for. They are cheap for a reason. I didn't have thelashes 2 hours and they were falling off. Went for a refill and they wanted to charge me for a full set of lashes again. Then I said that's okay, she said $60. No, Willie!! I'll go elsewhere or wear mascara!! Thanks though!!!
