I had some issues the first time I came in but I gave them a second chance- I had a much better experience today! I worked Primarily with David and he was very helpful and pleasant. The other employee (unsure of his name but the heavily tattooed guy) was also very helpful with answering questions and offering to order any games etc we wanted. Definitely worth a shot- everyone has off days and I think it was just an off day the first time I came in.

I went in 3 days before Christmas because I am a last minute shopper. The associate was extremely helpful and full of knowledge. Even though their website showed they were out of stock on a particular item, much to my surprise, THEY HAD IT! They really saved Christmas for my son!

Do not go to this GameStop or the other one on McCain Blvd. I made an online order last night for a console for same day pickup. I made my order at 6pm and they close at 8. When it wasn’t made I called and they said it’d be tomorrow but not why. When I went to the store this morning at 1230 to pick it up, the store wasn’t even open. I called this location when I was informed by Winter, the store manager of both locations that location was closed because she couldn’t get anyone to work and the one person scheduled was sick. First why is there only one person scheduled on a sale day?! Two it’s the store managers responsibility to go open that store if no one else is there. Three of an upset customer calls and tells you they are upset do not blow them off like they don’t matter and tell them you can’t do anything about it. You are the store manager you are the only one that can do something about it. She was terribly rude uncaring and didn’t seem to want to help. Do not go to these locations

Normal GameStop layout but on the small side. The selection of games was small and the worker was slow; making excuses that they were not familiar yet with the inventory.

Went to get change to buy my niece some candy took them 5 minutes to stop talking to each other and acknowledge me and when they did they had a how dare he interrupt our dungeons and dragons discussion to ask for change. So no change and poor customer service!
