Been baking with them since 2013, have constant issues, but today was the final straw. My car payment got processed twice by error of the financing company. Even though I am not signed up for over draft the bank charged me $56. I called and Joanna answered, she's usually very sweet, but today when she had to deal with this issue she became very rude saying it wasn't there fault (granted it's not) that the finance company should take care of it. The company did wave their fees but they can't fix a charge that the bank did. She told me to call the vilonia branch, the vilonia branch told me to call the Cabot branch. Where they refunded one of the charges as a "convenience to me" when I asked to speak to someone who could refund both conveniently the branch manager was away.

Went in to drop off my deposits today, and I must say Nicole was absolutely fantastic! Excellent customer service in every way. Plus our conversation and her smile brightened what has been an otherwise dreary day! Go see Nicole! 5 stars

The Staff here are just great. Not playing favorites but Joanna in the drive through makes it the most pleasant experience. I have a loan through another bank in town and always dread having to go by there where as it's always great at First Security. Even when there is a problem they work so hard to make things right and luckily that's a rare occurrence.

I usually don't do this but Joanna Pruss at First Security Bank Maumelle branch is the most racist lady I've ever met. I dread making deposits at that location. I guess she doesn't believe I should be making deposits in these amounts. I've never had issues with any other branch besides this one. After she REFUSED to deposit a check made out to my company, she wanted to make a copy of it for "proof". Proof of what?? This isn't my first issue with her but it'll definitely be my last. Client lost.
