I went to one of my local locations on a Saturday, and only went to dispute a fraudulent charge (super easy and simple). Well in the process I asked a few questions I needed to know in order to determine what to do to move forward in my life as my circumstances are the best right now. I got the answers I needed (which by the way if you are worried about losing your account history with the bank for good standing for future loans, have no fear, the account history starts at the first date of creating the account and that's what they look at!), so 2 new accounts created, and a plan on when the close the previous 2 accounts! Marquasia was the absolute best! So very helpful, listened to my nonsense stories and was so sweet the whole time! Best bank ever!
