Speaker broken in drive thru. They will not let you in lobby in the middle of the day. I needed help with my debit card. No idea what the lady was yelling at me through the glass.Worthless. May be time for a new bank.

I don’t even bank with them but if I’m not close to my bank this is the only one I’ll go to. The only ones who charge .80 cent meanwhile other banks charge 3.00 if you don’t bank with them so it is respect I love that about them

They are awesome! Thy helped get me every thing I needed and fax paperwork that was urgently needing to be sent for me, although I had took a long time they were patient and sweet! Love them!

I wanted to take a few minutes to recognize one of your employees Ashley Foster from the Broadway Branch. Ashley always go above and beyond to help. Today was another one of those times. We needed something notizarized very last minute and was unable to make to her branch. She forwarded our paperwork to the Mayflower branch. We are truly great ful you have someone like her on your team. She is one of our reasons for banking w First Security.

Came to this location to open an account and wasn't even let in the building that said it was open until 5 PM they say they do things different hmm such as profile disabled veterans and keep them from entering ther location

Just left this atm green light was on indicating it was in operation but gave me no money but deducted it from my account
