Dude had my car and hit another car while my car was on the tow truck. He left without giving the insurance, we called and called and the guy lied about the office hours. My mother called and he said “take me to court” and hung up. My insurance got in contact with them and he said he paid us which everything was on video at the place he dropped off. FULL PROOF of him hitting the car and said we were lying.Service: Car towing

Very unprofessional.. I called to see if someone can tow my car out the mud 7 ft from the street when the man answered he sounded like he was in bed and didn’t want to get out so he told me it’s going to be a couple hours. I waited no one came. Morning time get here I called again and he asked where was I located I told him the location which is 20 minutes away he stated “you’re that deep in sherwood” then said it would be $240 to pull me out the yard into the street. He also said it would be $200 with a cash I’ve never heard of a card fee being $40 because he stated $240 with card but he’s unprofessional.. I waited hours for him and called a total of 3 times.Service: Car towing

I was stranded in a busy area of freeway at rush hour. I called Fire 2 towing, and was promptly answered, and reasonably quoted..The driver wasted no getting to me and had my car loaded and locked down in less than 3 minutes. A quick ride with the driver to my house and he unloaded and rolled out in another 3 minutes.This is a professional outfit. No nonsense. Reasonably priced. 5 star performance.Service: Car towing
