Went to buy some shoes. 3 employees standing at the register with a line of us and no one offered to help. I will need those store to get some customer service. The one good thing was the person helping with the actual shoes. But everyone else was rude. Many was the only saving grace for this store

I went into JD Sports yesterday evening for the 1st time looking for a new pair of Vapor Max. There had to be about 4 male employees working at that time. I was not greeted as I entered, even though I walked right past someone standing in the entryway. I was clearly looking around reading the signs and again stopped by a couple associates and stood to look at shoes yet no one greeted me nor asked if I needed help with anything. After being in the store for approximately 10-15 minutes, I asked an associate for a pair of shoes in my size. He handed it to someone else and then I was given the shoe back and told that it was only available it two other sizes. I was not asked if I wanted to try something else or even offered a comparable shoe. He simply handed me the shoe back and walked off. I won't be back.

I bought shoes for my husband on 3/23/24, he didn't like the way they fit but unfortunately we lost the receipt. I went to return them for store credit or an exchange on 3/29/24. The manager who said his name was Don was rude and didn't try to help at all and said he couldn't do anything without a receipt. Your policy clearly states that shoes can be return w/o a receipt for store credit or exchange. He didn't look at the shoes or anything, his customer service was horrible and having people like him represent your to store is not good for business.

Was in there today, first time in the store ever. Good selection. Website has big sizes also.

The acting manager was rude and doesn’t follow their corporate return policy. The Little Rock location said you can return at any location. The McCain mall location interrogates you as to why you’re returning and refuses. Sounds like they care more for sales goals than customer service.

Lady working the front desk, very nasty attitude with a sense of entitlement. People do not have to shop with Finish Line, making your customers feel appreciated is very important. I will commend the young man that stepped in and took over today though. He was very polite and helpful& helped me get what I needed done.
