Done with FedEX. Rude employees confusing rules, expensive!They supplied me with FedEx packaging for my business account that ships ground. I ship hundreds of packages a month.We have a daily express pickup for another section but they won't take your ground package? Ive tried scheduling pickups but have yet for someone to show up. So I am fortunate enough to have a FEDEX box close by but its always full and today it was out of service. So I drove it to the store front and ran into some rude employees. He snickered that I had ground postage on a FEDEX express envelope. However, he could not show me where it said "Express". No thanks, I'll drop it in another box and you will deliver i like always. Ge it together FedEX. Putting in a request to switch back to UPS, this company's is terrible!

Shay was fantastic! I made a mistake and did my shipping labels wrong, but she was so patient and helpful! I really appreciate her helping me out and being so professional.

Poor customer service and management lied to me and said I had to be charged to double box my fedex express package. Been shipping express for 10 years and never been charged for a box. He claimed you can’t double box……called customer service and you can double box.

Megan helped out when I found out that having the service done at the counter would cost more than having done it myself at the self serve copier. I was dissatisfied at first, but her and assistant Shea (I think) helped me in getting my copies done reasonably. Being an out of towner, I appreciate a good business center.

Robert was fantastic to work with! We had an unexpected need for many large-scale plots with a very short turn-around. Not only was this FedEx location able to help us out in a pinch, but Robert was great to work with - we even shared a few laughs during what was otherwise a stressful situation!

This is a first for me. I walked into the store, and Robert ( store manager) comes from the back with this look of disgust on his face. Robert and I were the only 2 in the store. I smile and say, “ Hello”. Robert looks at me, with the same look and says nothing. So I stopped, looked at him again and said, “HELLO!”. He then quietly said, “hi”, same look on his face.I find one small express box, and I tell him I need one more. He never looked at me, and didn’t acknowledge or speak me. He then grabbed a ladder, and came over to me and grabbed a box from a storage cabinet above the counter - STILL not speaking, or saying anything to me.He finally had to speak to me because he had to ask me questions to get my package information. The entire time, he never looked at me, and he talked in a very quiet voice and with this look like he didn’t want to help me.I refused to let him ruin my day, so I continued to be nice, upbeat and cheerful. He still continued to give me such a nasty dismissive attitude.Robert, as the store manager, you should greet every customer with a cheerful attitude, and if you’re not cheerful that day, fake it. I felt like I should have taken my package to another store because I am not sure it will arrive. Robert, Please find another job if you hate customer service that much. You were horrible and as a business account holder, I hate to that I had to give you my business today!

Amazing staff. Very professional and eager to help. Always a great experience. Love the fact that they take time to know their customers and always prepared. Even when the store is super busy they do not treat you like a number. This is the best location in my opinion.

Not sure what was up with this store today. I tried to drop a package off and the door was locked with the lights turned off. A girl came & opened the door & mumbled something about they were closed. It was 2 p.m. but she took my package. Several other people came while I was there and she made us all wait outside in the cold weather.

Super helpful staff! They were extremely kind and jumped into action, helping me find the right box for my package. I was specifically looking for a laptop box and they knew exactly where to start, and handled everything quickly and with confidence. I would highly recommend this location. There’s not quite enough parking out front but it is enough for a quick trip.

Was charged 41.23 to ship a package via FedEx home delivery after the estimate was 21.56. I will not be using FedEx to ship anything else after this. Found out UPS has flat rate shipping. Will be going that route from now on.
