As usual a great experience. I have used this business for 17yrs. I moved came back and Scott had the same creative dependable timely service as always. I failed to get a picture. But trust me he makes such unique and lovely things. I was very pleased with price the arrangement and seeing this business thrive in our small business community.

Amazing! From a hurried brief phon call the owner delivered the perfect arrangement that EVERYONE raved about to our loved ones funeral. He also did our daughter's wedding. You won't find this level of creativity anywhere else in the greater Little Rock area.

I am very picky about flowers, being a flower gardener myself. When my mother passed awayfrom a short battle with cancer, I wanted the flowers to be "just right" since we had a closed casket. My mother was a flower lover too, so it was very important to me that the flowers were beautiful for her service. Fairytale Florals was suggested to me over Tipton and Hurst.
My first impression of the shop was "Wow". I could tell Scott was very creative. That's what I was looking for, creative and not run of the mill.
I showed Scott pictures of arrangements on Pintrest that I liked. I told him my mothers casket was red and we needed to make sure the flowers coordinated with the casket. I ordered $700 worth of flowers from Fairytale Florals, but after reading the reviews, I got nervous. When I walked into the funeral home last night, I smiled because they were perfect. The flowers were more lovely than I could have imagined. They were exactly what I asked for.
Everyone at the visitation commented on how beautiful they were. I live in NLR and the service was in Benton. The flowers were on time with only a $15.00 delivery fee.
I wanted my mother to have the best in death since she didn't have the best in life. She deserved the best, and she got it! BRAVO SCOTT, BRAVO. Thank you!

I do not recommend. Bad experience and bad customer service. This Tuesday, 2/13, my husband ordered me a flower arrangement to be delivered to me on Valentines day, 2/14. My flowers were delivered that same Tuesday and NOT on Valentines day. Not only were my flowers not delivered on the correct day, the vase was cracked and water was leaking everywhere. The delivery lady left the flowers with the receptionist and when I went to get them she had already left. I called the flower shop to let them know what happened. The guy that answered the phone said there was no way they could deliver me another vase. He said the best he could do was give me a new vase but that I had to come get it. I asked what time they closed and he said 6pm. I told him I didn't get off until 7 so he said he was going to be there until midnight and for me to come by when ever I got off work. I ended up going around 9pm to the shop, which 3 people were still there. It was a guy and 2 ladies. I knocked on the door, and could see the guy and one lady but neither came to the door. I called while standing outside the shop in front of the door. Someone answered the phone and made a sound like a fax machine tone and then hung up. So I left. I called my husband to let him know so he called. He called me back and said they answered for him and told him I could come by again, this time to the back door and that they would give me the vase. So I did. I went back with my son and had my son go with me to get the vase. At no point did anybody apologize for delivering on the wrong day and leaving a broke vase, not the guy on the phone when I called the first time or the woman that gave me the vase. We will never again buy anything from this floral shop!

My sister had surgery in Little Rock this week. I live in Kansas City, i call this place after looking them up online and told them i wanted to send flowers and balloons . The man on the phone was nice. He asked me how much i wanted to spend and i told him my price range. Of course i kneel anout how muxh everything was because i put it in my cart before i called. What i ordered vs what was delivered is a complete shame! Im sooooo . DO NOT use this company. You will be disappointed

I ordered roses to be delivered to my daughters work. So she could enjoy them at work. At 2p m. No flowers! I called he was RUDE and hung up the phone. Never will he get a cent of my money!

No I do not recommend them. I ask to deliever it so she'd be surprised at work and could enjoy them at work. At 2 pm they had not arrived so I called. He informed me the delivery guy didn't take them till 11a.m. But no delivery at 2. I called them. He was the rudest person I've encountered ever. And hung up on me! Poorly run business.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Can’t stress this enough! I don’t normally leave reviews but I don’t won’t people to waste their money here. I did not get what I ordered online, so I called the business. The person in charge (not sure if they were manager or owner) specifically said “they do not like the website because it’s not accurate and they wish people wouldn’t use it.” So why have a website!??? I live out of state, so it’s not an option for me to make a trip there. They offered to refund me delivery which I never received…. I waited a week and called them back and was told they would have to call me back because the person in charge wasn’t there. I never received a call back or the refund. Please spend your money elsewhere with a business that actually respects their customers.
